Mr. Satish Pawar Sir, Director – Training of Yuvashakti Foundation (YSF).

Satish Pawar Sir holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from College of Engineering - COEP, Pune & M Tech in Construction Management. He is currently perusing his PhD in Skill Development.
From last 1 decade he is working in field of Distance Education, industry integrated Skill programs, collaborative program between industries & universities as a earn & learn model.
Satish Pawar Sir conducting Awareness Webinar & Workshop on Apprenticeship Program for ITI, Management, Polytechnic, Degree students of various institutes across India.
Yuvashakti Foundation is National Level Skill Development Organization & on Job Training Facilitator under various On Job Training Scheme in India, to bridge the gap between Industries & educational institutes.

Awareness on Apprenticeship:

Apprenticeship is yet to get accepted by the youth as the best way to learn, earn and grow, it is an effective way for candidates from rural and sub-urban populations to transit from educational institute to work-life while improving links between industry and educational institutions. Considering very low employability skills among the School/ College dropouts, ITI, diploma/graduate candidates, we believe apprenticeship is the route through which they can be given hands-on skilling and improve the employability skills.
The need for creating awareness about apprenticeships is on top of our agenda. Yuvashakti Foundation as esteemed Third Party Aggregator associated with DGT , NSDC & BOAT to promote & implement Apprenticeship Program across India. Till date we have placed more than 26,000 candidates under apprenticeship program.
