"Chetan has over a decade of experience working in India, US, and Europe. Chetan is passionate about building products that solve customer problems. Chetan has built and launched multiple software products and has worked with customers around the world. Currently, Chetan is Cofounder of Beazy Tech Private Limited, where he is working on a mission to democratise technology for small retailers. Prior to starting his own startup, Chetan was Principal Product Manager at Atlassian (an Australian software technology company) where he was responsible for improving performance and scaling Atlassian’s flagship product, Jira.
Chetan holds Btech in Production Engineering from GB Pant University, Pantnagar And a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, USA"

In the session I would like to compare the life of working in a private company vs doing a startup. I would like to share my journey and why we decided to move to India to start our own company. While the startup world seems glamorous as we lookup to just the successful people, I would like to present the challenges and why you need to have the right motivations if you want to start your business.
